Fees and Payouts Policy for ThrivePeer

At ThrivePeer, we facilitate all payment transactions on behalf of mentors and mentees using our platform. This policy outlines our fees and the process for requesting payouts. Please review this policy to understand how earnings are processed and paid out.

1. Commission Fees:

   1.1. ThrivePeer Commission: ThrivePeer charges a 30% commission on all mentorship session payments processed through the platform. This commission is deducted automatically from the mentor’s proceeds before payouts.

   1.2. Refunds and Adjustments: If a refund is issued to a mentee, the amount will be deducted from the mentor’s proceeds, including the ThrivePeer commission. Refunds may affect the balance available for payout.

2. Payout Eligibility:

   2.1. Minimum and Maximum Payout Amounts: Mentors may request payouts once their earnings reach a minimum threshold of $500. The maximum payout request per week is $5,000.

   2.2. Weekly Payouts: Mentors are eligible for one payout per week. Any additional payout requests within the same week will be deferred to the next available payout period.

   2.3. Payout Method: All payouts are currently processed via PayPal. Mentors must ensure their PayPal accounts are active and linked to their ThrivePeer profile.

3. Payout Request Process:

   3.1. To request a payout, mentors must log in to their account and submit a payout request. ThrivePeer will review and approve payout requests within 5-7 business days.

   3.2. The payout amount will be credited to the mentor’s PayPal account after the processing period, minus the applicable commission and any refunds.
